Agua Tranquila captures a moment of calm, the kind that comes not just from rest, but from alignment. A woman floats peacefully in an inflatable life buoy, surrounded by still, serene waters. This holiday-like scene is more than just an escape, it’s a visual metaphor for what life can feel like when we regularly return to the things that heal us and energize us.

The phrase Agua Tranquila ("calmer waters") reflects the emotional ease that comes with consistency in habits that support our wellbeing. 

Quietly, painted into the background is my symbol called ‘Consistency Compounds’ (upward arrows) which reminds us of the power of repeated, intentional actions, while another symbol ‘Healing Patch’ (2 horizontal lines) represents the gentle restoration that comes from showing up for ourselves.

This piece is a quiet encouragement to make space for what recharges you—and to trust that peace is something you can return to, again and again.
